ABOUT US Our Ministry Team
Pastor Jeff Barclay is passiona
te about helping people grow in their relationships with God and with other people. He assists all of our ministries by equipping folks to be all that God intended for them inside our church family and outside our four walls. Pastor Jeff has nearly 30 years in pastoral ministry and most recently was the Administrator at Veritas Christian School in Lawrence. He and his wife, Cindy, have seven wonderful children, three grown, three still at home and one in heaven.
Hobbies: Hunting, swimming/water skiing, bicycling, running, and spending time with family.
Steve Higginbotham is our Director of Worship and Technology. Steve & his family have resided in Lawrence for the past 8 years. Steve is a native of Kansas, while Bonni grew up in California. Steve's educational background is in Music Education and Piano Pedagogy. He taught music in the public schools for 6 years before being called into full-time ministry. Steve and Bonni have a daughter, Hannah. Howie is their lovable 7 year old Black Lab.
Hobbies: family time, computers, and motorcycle riding. We're avid Jayhawk fans and enjoy following them in sports!
